Location: Inglewood, CA
Construction: Standard Framing
Progress: Design Completed in 2007
 
Synopsis: Design Forward was hired only to provide a preliminary design for the client. The task was to fit a series of town homes or condos on this narrow site. The challenges with the site were providing the required parking for tenants and guests, providing the required driveway from the fire department and fire turn-around, and working with the height requirements. Ultimately, the property was divided by the required driveway and three separate structures were created. Each town home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, balconies, and two-car garage in a three-story design.
