Shipping
Policy:
All items are sent via USPS First Class. Items shipped within 24 hours
of receiving payment. Overnight shipping upon request in continental
US (charges apply). Shipping/Handling fees includes the following costs:
Shipping Postage, Insurance (if applicable), Administrative, Processing,
Packing, Materials and Labor Costs.
Credit Cards accepted through PayPal. Personal Checks & Money Orders
are also accepted. If paying by check product will be shipped after
check clears, typically 7-10 business days. You will receive notification
via email when your payment is received and your item has been shipped.
Product
Guarantee:
Our CDs carry full satisfaction guarantee. If you receive a CD that
is damaged or unplayable, or if you are dissatisfied with the product,
please return the CD to Design Forward. Once item is returned, we will
issue a refund or send a new CD per your request. Returns must be completed
within 30 day of purchase date. The shipping/handling fee is not refunded.
