Progress: Completed in 2005
 
Synopsis: This retirement house has all the luxuries and still keeps the sustainable spirit alive. The home has large rooms, a comfortable master suite, a spa, and sizable south facing porches. But it also has solar energy, reusable gray water, and efficient water heating.
