Projects > Brooke Garage and Guest House

Location: Monrovia, CA
Construction: Construct a New Garage and Guest House
Progress: Completed in 2008
Year: Design - August 2007, Construction - June 2008
 
Synopsis: The home owner had a existing garage, guest room and workshop that were in bad condition. The structures could not be renovated or saved. The solution was to tear down and rebuild, but with new codes and set backs, the structures had to be separated into two separate buildings. We designed a 3-car garage and studio-style guest house, which will also be used as a craft room / workspace for the owner. The existing home is a pink Victorian style, which we matched with the new buildings.
